Refund & Exchange Policy
Hub Of Leather always prefers to design order according to the instruction provided by the customers. If our product will not fulfill the expectations of the customers than they can return/exchange their products with the help of some return/exchange policy of our store which are as follows:
- If you want to change order information then inform us through email within 24 hours because after 24 hours order will be in production stage.
- Before placing your order makes sure that you choose right size from our size chart because we design order according to the given size. If you receive incorrect size then you have to inform us within 24 hours after receiving your order.
- If you receive incorrect product then send us image of that product through email at email@example.com within 24 hours after receiving your parcel. Our service representative contact to you and guide you about proper return/exchange procedure.
- If you want to return/exchange product then don’t remove tag from it
- If you buy any product for trial purpose then you can’t return/exchange your product
- If product gets damage during shipment then you just need to inform us through email within 24 hours after receiving your parcel.

You can also cancel your order under some terms and conditions which are as follows:
- If you cancel your order after 3 days, company deduct 25% from your paid amount
- If you cancel your order after 6 days, than company have a right to deduct 45% from your full payment.
- You will not able to cancel your order after 7 days because sometimes we dispatch your product after 7 days.
- If product will not dispatch within 29 days after confirmation of payment than customer can cancel his order and get a refund amount. This duration starts after final confirmation and payment of order from customer.
- If you received incorrect and defective piece than you can get your refund amount which can take 3 days due to transaction duration.
